Thank you for trusting me with your healing today.
This is what came up for me during our session.
Please take what resonates with you and release anything that doesn’t make sense. I believe that somethings register with our subconscious in ways we don’t understand at the time. Notice what similar energy or imagery you come across in the next few days.
Our work today was accompanied by
Grapefruit.
Grapefruit is a fresh and bright oil that helps us honor our bodies and reclaim our spiritual purpose. It balances our mood and restores our ability to connect to our feelings.
Chrysocolla.
Chrysocolla helps us best use our words to be heard with intended clarity and purpose. It stimulates the mind but relaxes emotional reaction at the same time.
Liminal Space.
This is the Postcards from the Liminal Space Deck. It is painfully honest, and still I love it. You can watch my flip-through here.
For continued work…
Things to ponder/journal/meditate with…
What are your go-to resources to help you slow down when you just. can’t. stop. looking?
What is something that is falling apart that you could intentionally deconstruct? Would that feel better?
You were so adamant that “I just want to sit here.” Can you work some time into your week to just sit and JUST SIT?
I love photos of my sacred space.
This is what we created together. This photograph is what my space looked like at the completion of our time together. Feel free to save and use as you wish.
Feel free to email me at krissie@theyogastill.com with any questions, feedback, or WHOA NELLY moments you may have had.
Book your next session.
The benefit of a single session is significant. But, like any body work practice, continued healing brings a cumulative effect.
