Who am I?

My name is Krissie.

I’m a Reiki Master, Curvy Yoga Teacher, Mental Health Professional, and Energetic Coach. We will explore your needs for ritual and routine from a physical, emotional, and energetic framework. I am fully committed to mind-body-soul acknowledgement and maintenance.

My own current Soul Hygiene practice includes daily self-Reiki, daily visualization, almost daily card draws, and journaling/breath/yoga several times a week. I also read furiously in spurts at random times and then don’t pick up a book again for months. I have also practiced yoga and journaling daily for years at a time, but that is not in my current routine or ritual.

We will meet together, one-on-one over Zoom for six sessions. Each session will last right around an hour, give or take as need presents.

These sessions are designed to be experienced in two separate groupings. Sessions 1-5 will occur in steady succession (either weekly or every other week). The final session will be held 3-4 weeks later, giving you time to try out the practices and incorporate the routine.

    What is my identity and assumptions about myself?

    We will use Reiki and guided meditation to clean any stagnant or old energy that is preventing you from connecting fully with your true self.

    Who am I REALLY?

    Where and who do I want to be this time next year?

    I’ll lead you on a journey to meet your Wise Self for a deep and centering experience of both presence and guidance.

  • Session 3

    Bridging the Gap

    How do I get from here to there?

    I’ll guide you through a guided imagery experience and create a scripting practice to keep your intentions in the front of your mind.

    Tools and Practices

    How do I stay connected to my intentions?

    We will explore various physical and energetic practices to add intention and connection into your every day.

  • Session 5

    Rituals and Routines

    How do I balance the sacred and the casual?

    We will create a plan for organizing your preferred tools into your experience, including identifying how to know what you need and when.ere

  • Session 6

    Reflect and Revise

    How is this working for me?

    We’ll look at challenges and benefits of your routine and ritual, and revamping as needed. We will also discuss the potential for continued work together.
