Thank you for trusting me with your healing today.
This is what came up for me during our Narrative Alchemy session.
Please take what resonates with you and release anything that doesn’t make sense. I believe that somethings register with our subconscious in ways we don’t understand at the time. Notice what similar energy or imagery you come across in the next few days.
Our work today was accompanied by
Lemon.
Lemon promotes focus and clarity. It uplifts our mind and clears negative self-talk as it focuses our energy, confidence, and alertness.
Rose Quartz.
Rose quartz supports our awakening to our purest potential. It helps us push away fear and suspicion while embracing tenderness and healing.
Magdelene Oracle.
I don’t have a video for this deck yet. I’m surprised that it resonates with me like it does. It is simply a beautiful deck to read with.
For continued work…
Things to ponder/journal/meditate with…
How can you still SEE your work, but find distance?
The card I drew for you (pictured below) is THE SECRET. When I drew this card and read the title, my immediate response is “The secret is that there is no secret.” There is not an answer. There is not a right way. You figure it out as you go along. You aren’t looking for one thing. You are on a path of curiosity, response, and evaluation. There is no secret.
I love photos of my sacred space.
This is what we created together. This photograph is what my space looked like at the completion of our time together. Feel free to save and use as you wish.
Feel free to email me at krissie@theyogastill.com with any questions, feedback, or WHOA NELLY moments you may have had.

The benefit of a single session is significant. But, like any energywork practice, continued healing brings a cumulative effect.
