This is what came up for me during our session.
Please take what resonates with you and release anything that doesn’t make sense. I believe that somethings register with our subconscious in ways we don’t understand at the time. Notice what similar energy or imagery you come across in the next few days.
Our work today was accompanied by
Grapefruit.
Grapefruit is a fresh and bright oil that increases confidence. It balances our mood and restores our ability to connect to our feelings.
Ocean Jasper.
Ocean Jasper is a gentle and nurturing stone that reminds us that our needs are important. It encourages and reminds us - without judgement or shame - to take good care of ourselves.
Chakra Oracle Deck.
This is not the imagery I usually go for. I am very surprised that I like this deck, but I do. Very much. You can see my full flip-through here.

Things to ponder/journal/meditate with…
Practice balanced breathing. 8 counts in - 8 counts out. Repeat several minutes or until you feel yourself starting to ease. Transition to 6 in and 6 out. Finish up with 4 in and 4 out to bring yourself back to your space.
