Things to ponder/journal/meditate with…

Use even breath - equal length out and in - to help you both ground and release.

Utilize your shower as an active event to release and get energetically clean.

When you are feeling any emotion you want to release, place your right hand below your left collarbone and breathe. Maybe play with adding a little gentle pressure on your exhale.
